Our Team
Shayne Rigden
Since 2014 Shayne has been working with animals 8 times his size. Starting an animal career as a teenager in high school, he instantly fell in love with camels and many other animals. Shayne’s goal is to be able to let others experience and learn to love animals in the same fashion he does. Shayne has worked with, trained, and transported animals for USDA licensed facilities across the country, and is now working on his own facility, Rigden Ranch.
Aaron LeBoeuf
Some people know him as Aaron. Around here? He’s known as Fluffy. Growing up around exotic animals due to his father being a magician, Fluffy knew he had a passion for animals. He may have seen tigers disappear, but he has always favored the camels. Aaron has does exotic transports around the country, and trained a few more camels than most people. Don’t tell anyone, but we think he’s scared of the smaller animals, but he don’t mind a 1600 pound camel!
Emily Koppen
Emmy has been around animals for as long as she can remember. She is not scared of a single thing. Whether we need a roof repaired, or animal trained, the heights and bites won’t bother her. As of lately, she is the one that travels with the camels the most. For whatever reason, she enjoys driving a truck attached to a thirty foot trailer, but she enjoys hanging out with the furry friends more.
Ashley Hubrich
As often as we have Ashley work camels, she’s a lover of the smaller critters. She runs educational programs, tours at the ranch from time to time, and helps keep the animals healthy. When you visit, there’s a good chance you’ll meet her macaw, Sarge. He’s the oldest animal on the property and always has a lot to say!
