Yes, all of our tours are private to those who book them. Make sure to book your group all together, if you must add additional people you will have to call or email us!

We allow 6 people to come on a tour at a time. This allows us to monitor everyone, and be as personal as possible. This is also for the comfort of our animals being we are in their home. This number drops to 4 from October - May because our encounters are inside. If you show up with unexpected guests, your tour may be forfeited with no refund depending on the group size. If the group size is still safe for encounters, each additional person will be charged a $20 fee on top of admission.

No, for the safety of our animals no service animals of any kind are allowed on property. Animals carry disease and parasites that can easily transfer to our animals. This also can/will stress our animals out, especially if your service animal is not well behaved.
